The defensive midfielder of Inter Milan, Esteban Cambiasso is reaching the last stages of his career and Walter Mazzari is looking around in the transfer market for players who can replace him for the years to come with Casemiro being a top target for the Italian club.

The Indonesian businessman and president of Inter Milan, Eric Thohir recently admitted that he has plans of rebuilding the current squad and there are a few names that are on his priority which includes Fernando Torres, Edin Dzeko and Alvaro Morata.

“That also means in terms of the squad. After having already signed Hernanes from Lazio during the January transfer window, Manchester United defender Nemanja Vidic and others will arrive’’.

“We want to make Inter a healthy club inside the next two to three years. We will take a forward. I know that names such as Dzeko, Torres and Morata are circling. If one of them arrives, it would be a good thing. We will also be able to take some Italians, but for the history of the club it’s not an obligation’’.

Walter Mazzari is expected to be given a substantial budget in order for him to improve Inter Milan and allow them to compete not only against the best clubs in Italy but also in Europe as the Champions League is one of their objectives.
